Governance & Ethics

How we keep every transaction lawful, verified and clean — so our partners can trade with us with confidence.

Our commitment

Zero tolerance. Documented controls.

We trade high-value energy cargoes across borders. That carries real risk of money laundering, sanctions evasion, bribery and fraud, and we manage it with written policies that bind our directors, staff, agents, intermediaries and partners.

Our policies follow South African law, including the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act and the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, together with the laws of the countries we supply and applicable UN, US, EU and UK sanctions. They were adopted by our Board in October 2026, are overseen by a designated Compliance Officer and are reviewed every year.
